STOCEXPO 2007 Middle East November 2007

Welcome to StocExpo Middle East 2007.

StocExpo (Storage Terminal Operator's conference and exhibition) are the leading events worldwide for companies involved in bulk liquid storage and the tank terminal sectors.

The hugely popular and successful StocExpo Middle East 2006, held in Dubai, proved the need for such a forum, whereby terminal operators have an opportunity to meet, listen to and discuss an array of sector-specific topics relating directly to their day-to-day activities within oil and petrochemical facilities.

The specialist two-day conference brings together a host of expert speakers keeping delegates up-to-date on areas such as terminal security, vapour control, regulations, tank construction, terminal automation, tank cleaning and a host of other presentations, helping companies to operate their terminals more safely, efficiently and cost-effectively.

With world demand for petroleum at an all-time high, expansion and enlargement of the region's refineries and storage facilities is already well underway. The petrochemicals industry in the Middle East is still young and growing and the region benefits from its geographical position with Europe to the west and the burgeoning Asian markets to the East.

Bahrain has been specifically chosen as the location for StocExpo Middle East 2007 due to its proximity to the major markets of Saudi Arabia and Kuwait, whilst at the same time being within easy reach of other Middle East states. With huge investments in the refining sectors in the area to cater for an increase in regional demand as well as that for export, StocExpo Middle East 2007 is the perfect opportunity for equipment and service suppliers to tap into these import markets.

The concurrent exhibition will see an increase in space over that of 2006 due to additional demand from companies wishing to target decision-makers from the tank terminal sector. Visit details on last year's event by clicking here:

We look forward to seeing you in Bahrain.
